Postal Charges

(International orders see below)

SilverTree Studio aims to charge you as little as possible for postage. Orders with a total value of  £50 and over are sent post-free to one address. If your order is under £50, why not share an order with a friend or colleague.

For orders that do not qualify for free postage (i.e. under £50) you can select:

   either   Royal Mail Special Delivery (next day) at a cost of £5 (insured)

      or     Royal Mail  Recorded Signed For (first class uninsured) for orders up to £30 at a cost of £2.50

      or     Royal Mail First Class for orders up to £12 at a cost of £1.00

Special Delivery is recommended. SilverTree Studio can accept no responsibility for loss or damage to items sent by 'Royal Mail Recorded Signed For', nor for any consequential loss. Since all packages must be signed for on receipt, please supply a suitable delivery address. If it is essential that your order arrives on a specific day, please note this on the online order form. If someone is not available to sign for the package, a card will be left with instructions on how to arrange re-delivery or collection from your nearest Collection Office.

Delivery Times

Orders will normally be dispatched within 3 working days of receiving payment. You will be emailed to keep you up to date with the progress of your order. However, if your order is urgent, please note this in the 'Your notice to us' box found at Step 1 of the secure ordering process, and I will normally dispatch the same day.

Postal Packaging

I endeavour to prevent waste in all aspects of life. Therefore, whenever possible, I re-use outer packaging (postal boxes and padded bags). If you prefer to receive your order in new outer packaging, this is no problem. Simply state 'New Packaging' in the 'Notice to us' box found at Step 1 of the secure ordering process.

Confidentiality

No reference to the contents or the sender is on the outer packaging. So, if your purchase is for a surprise gift, your secret will be safe!
