Ordering is straightforward and secure. Items can easily be added and removed from your Basket. This can also be done from items that you previously added to your Favourites page.
Once your Basket is complete, you will be transferred to the secure payment pages (powered by GlobeCharge) where you will asked to enter your address and payment card details. You will then be asked to review your order before clicking the 'Send order securely' (i.e. payment) button.
All payments are processed by PayPal. This provides security for both parties as at no stage do I see your account details.
If you do not have a PayPal account, you can pay using your credit or debit card. This will be processed by PayPal but you will not be required to set up a PayPal account.
Prior to finalising your payment, there is an opportunity to cancel and return to SilverTree Studio.
Orders are normally dispatched within 3 working days of receiving full payment. However, if your order is urgent, please note this in the 'Your notice to us' box found at Step 1 of the secure ordering process, and I will try to dispatch the same day.
Special Requests
Simple requests (e.g. alternative lengths, fasteners, colours, etc.) can be made during the ordering process. For other requests and bespoke items, either use the Contact Form or email SilverTree Studio.
