Personally Identifying Information
You will not be asked for personal information unless it is needed.
Visitors to SilverTree Studio's website may choose to interact with us in ways that require the visitor to provide personal information, for example by requesting information about a product, opting to receive a newsletter via email, or placing an order for jewellery products.
If you provide us with personal information we may use that information to send you updates on our latest products and promotions that we believe may be of interest to you. You can choose to “opt out” of these communications at any time by contacting us at heather@silvertreestudio.co.uk or clicking the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the foot of the email in question.
From time to time, SilverTree Studio produces a newsletter for distribution via email. In common with other responsible businesses, we have chosen to deliver our newsletters securely by an email marketing specialist. The company we use is dotMailer.
Information you supply during transactions
If you place orders with SilverTree Studio to purchase jewellery products, you will be asked in each case, to provide personal information sufficient to process those transactions and effect the successful delivery of an order to your address. As the financial aspects of all order transactions are processed through PayPal's realtime secure server, SilverTree Studio never sees, requests or receives your card or bank details. For further information see Privacy Policy for PayPal Services.
We hope this sets your mind at rest, but if you need more details, read on!

What is a cookie? - Computer cookies are small text files that a website transfers and stores on a visitor's computer, and that the visitor's computer browser provides to the website each time the visitor returns.
