Please note that when placing an order, by ticking 'I accept these terms and conditions', you agree to all the Terms and Conditions stated below and to the content of the Ordering, Delivery and Privacy pages.

 

Product Descriptions

SilverTree Studio aims to describe accurately and honestly. However, as all items are handmade, there will be variations between individual items. Where natural stones are used, variations should be considered to be normal, and add to the charm of the products.

 

Ordering and Delivery

The ordering process and delivery procedures are as described on the Ordering and Delivery pages.

 

Refunds, Returns and Cancellations

The quality of each item is checked before dispatch. I hope that you will be delighted with your jewellery.

Damage: In the unlikely event of goods being damaged in transit, the damage must be reported in writing within four days of receipt, by email.

Returns and Exchanges: SilverTree Studio has a 'no quibble' returns policy. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item, I will be happy to provide an exchange or refund. Please email me within 7 days of receiving your jewellery, for details about how to return an item. Jewellery for return or exchange must be unworn, in perfect condition, returned in the gift box supplied and securely packaged. For your security, items must be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery (at your expense). In the unlikely event of an item being faulty, then all your postal costs will be refunded.

For items sent post free:

     Refunds - The actual delivery cost (£5.00) will be deducted from your refund.

     Exchanges - You will not be charged for the original delivery cost.

Exchanged items will not be subject to SilverTree Studio's exchange/refund policy.

Exemptions: SilverTree Studio regrets that for hygiene reasons, under Health and Safety law, pierced earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty. Where an item has been specifically made to suit your requirements, SilverTree Studio reserves the right to refuse to offer an exchange or refund.

Cancellation: You may cancel an order at any time up to seven days after receipt of your goods. If the goods have already been dispatched you must return them, including the packaging, within seven days of receipt, so that a refund can be made. To cancel, email: heather@silvertreestudio.co.uk

 

Privacy

Your privacy is very important. SilverTree Studio has three simple fundamental principles:

• You will not be asked for personal information unless it is truly needed.
• Your personal information will not be shared with anyone except to comply with the law.
• You will not be sent any communications without your consent.

As the financial aspects of all order transactions are processed through PayPal's realtime secure server, SilverTree Studio  never sees, requests or receives your card or bank details. For further information see Privacy Policy for PayPal Services.

SilverTree Studio does not automatically log personal data.
